Now, why would you want that ? I can think of no reason why one would want to use exim + vpopmail.

For the greylisting I'm using greylistd, which comes as an RPM for RHEL4 from ATrpms.

Again, why would you want to do that ? I have greylisting implemented using only ACLs on exim, and it works great.
