Thanks all. Those tips helped a ton. index.html had been renamed to index.htm. I renamed the file back and it started to work again.

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

The first thing I'd check is that /home/www/ is readable by whichever user Apache's running as. Also have a look through the access_log and error_log.
