Hi there.
Although RHEL 3 is available for several different architectures, CentOS appears to only be available for the i386 architecture. Are alternative architecture rebuilds outside the scope of the CentOS project, or is there some other specific reason for that?
If one wanted to rebuild CentOS for, let's say the AMD64 architecture, would that be a difficult process, or is it just something that nobody's yet done?
I'm currently buying an AMD64 system and I'm curious.
