I've installed XFCE via yumgroup without problem. If I boot in runlevel 3 and run X with startxfce4 command
all works ok
too, but if If I start the system in runlevel 5, it seems
the X default
X manager is always twm. ¿How can I setup the default X manager?
Install gdm, and use switchdesk to set xfce as the default.
You can also configure the environment and display manager through /etc/sysconfig/desktop
DISPLAY=XFCE DISPLAYMANAGER=XDM
