Looking for mediawiki with yum, I find it on Dag repository yum --enable dag list mediawiki* Available Packages mediawiki.i386 1.4.7-1.2.el4.rf dag
Most likely on dag repository. There is also php5 on the centosplus repo.
Seems a bit like dag built this one with a bad dependency in it, because there is no php-4.3.11 on his site, nor is there any note that I can see about mediawiki requiring php5.
Might pay to submit a bug to dag with relevant rpm/yum info included.
