Maybe I am miss reading this sentence. Could you rephrase the "while Stream will not ... anymore" please? Did something changed recently?
Stream as compared to CentOS Linux is not RHEL source code downstream is what I should have said .. so what is released as CentOS (Steam now) will no longer be a downstream build.
It will be released packages and very close to 8.4 content and right now.
