Usually i use the ServeRAID adapter (8K for such x3650 model) that use the ipssend (cli) or Serveraid manager (agent/gui) or even IBM director, depending on the number of servers to be monitored IIRC the embedded SAS aacraid (aka Serveraid 8i) (poor)raid1 card can be monitored with arcconf/hrconf (don't remember exactly which one but you can find that on the IBM support website)
