If you have selinux enabled as you should you need to set sebool httpd_can_network_connect_db on.

SE Linux is already configured properly,
/usr/sbin/getsebool httpd_can_network_connect_db returns httpd_can_network_connect_db => on
So now, I'm more confused that before?!
