Hi,
I have a IBM ThinkPat T30 a Cisco Aironet wireless internal in the laptop 802.11b only.
It works great with open Acess points, but when i try to connect to encripted ones.
I got the dialog box asking for the passphrase 128 bit, I enter it and after that i receive the dialog box again!
Maybe my card do not support WEP or I am doing something wrong?
Your wifi card is supposed to support WEP. However, make sure that is what you are using, cause it won't support WPA.
As a side note, I have noticed some WEP incompatibility between different manufacturers when using WEP keys longer than 54 bits. That also might be your problem.
Thank you very much, BTW how can I find the driver? thanks.
Just use a smaller WEP key.
