It seems it already is when using the 192.168 addresses, so I assume you want to route the 74.x.x.x and 24.x.x.x over this path too:
mndemo# route add -net 24.x.x.x/netmask gw 192.168.1.x dev eth0
unifiedpaging# route add -net 74.x.x.x/netmask gw 192.168.1.x dev eth0
