Would 2 x 1TB enterprise drives be enough mirrored?
Are you going to to software RAID1 or hardware?
I find software RAID1 bogs down for intensive database applications.
If I can find a cheap enough RAID Card that wil fit the Mac Pro, I would do hardware RAID, but Apple wants $699 for theirs...
