they're not grc
auditmypc has been mentioned as an alternative to grc or sygate (after acquisition by symantec)
personally, i use nmap to scan my systems so nmap-online seems a reasonable way of doing this if you don't have access to an external box/colo server
i am lucky to have a very lightly loaded production webserver at my disposal for this.
