Nope. It's a BGA package so it's soldered directly to the PCB.
PCB = Printed Circuit Board.
What is BGA?
ball grid array. a chip carrier that has an array of solder dots or balls on the bottom, its surface-mount soldered to a PCBA and completely impossible to work on with conventional tools.
