not with "fixed" vhosts. There is something called mass virtual hosting or so. That uses a different way of specifying virtual hosts and might be able do something like this with the logs as well. However, I don't think it makes sense for just 10 vhosts. It's more complex to setup and less flexible. You can read up on it in the documentation on httpd.apache.org.
