I'm not sure but I really think you have the wrong permissions on the files ""S""
No, S and T stand for size and time of modification (M,U,G would have been output for differing mode/user/group; no idea what 5 stands for).
--- Yes you would be right. I had thoughts maybe the file was not executable as in "M" . Was what I was looking for to fast. Couldn't really remember, and should have looked it up like I just did.
