What you want to look for in your drive specs are the acronyms SLC and MLC.
SLC is enterprise grade, smaller capacity, expensive MLC is consumer grade, larger capacity, cheap(er)
Expected lifetimes are typically at least 10x better for SLC.
also you want SSD that has a supercap on its internal cache so pending writes aren't lost in a power failure scenario.
