I would like to replace the "tg3" driver in initrd.img and stage2.img by bcm5700. Because I have better performance network with bcm5700.

your modules.cgz on a DriverDisk has these files inside it ? you seem to have problems much larger than you imagine.
can you put that modules.cgz file online somewhere and drop a url here ?
also, what / why are you trying to update your bcm driver ? perhaps this might be a good candidate driver for the centos-extra-drivers project that was re-proposed yesterday on this mailing list.
