I have sort of an odd request for you today in regards to Kickstart configuration. I have recently created a kickstart configuration file to better standardize the configuration aspect of my server installations.
Just a suggestion, but there's no point in doing a yum update in your script, just add a repo line and install anything newer than what's on the inhouse repo while doing the install.
