Not as far as I know, ensuring environ sanity across something of this nature would be a massive issue. Not easy to solve, unless the environ as a whole is shipped out.
If the process can be scripted into repeatable builds, all you really need is to return the info needed to repeat the one correct build on sanitized equipment, discarding the actual artifacts built elsewhere.

I don't understand. That has been mentioned as the slow/hard part of the process. What is it that really takes months if not that?
