No. For centos4 you need xorg-x11-libs and xorg-x11-devel.
Both of those are already installed from yum also.
rpm -qa | grep xorg-x11
xorg-x11-Mesa-libGL-6.8.2-1.EL.33 xorg-x11-libs-6.8.2-1.EL.33 xorg-x11-devel-6.8.2-1.EL.33
