Ralph was working on this earlier today, however it would be really good to get a copy of someone's /var/cache/yum ( minus the rpm's ) in a tarball, attached to that bugreport - from a time when they can demonstrate the issue. ie 'before' doing the yum clean all.

The max file size to upload is only 5000k that can be uploaded to the Bug Tracker :-( . I tried. Total size less RPMs of mine is 13.4MB. So I can't submit a copy of my "/var/cache/yum". I'm the one with the Xen problem.
