Ok, I was able to reproduce the error on my system.
The problem is you are using the straight, or forward ticks like ' beside the <Enter> key instead of the reverse, or back ticks like ` above the <Tab> key. Ticks important.
Okay, Ill try that real quick before I reinstall..
