So maybe you just need to wait for Centos 6 ?
RH EL 6 is not supported by citrix xen server ... what is what we run right now.
XCP (Xen Cloud Platform) 1.0 beta added support for EL6, so it should be also in XenServer 5.6 FP1 beta.
