*Any* advice? ... Heh. Well first use the help that comes with your desktop.
To get you started, if you right click on a file of the type (.pdf I presume) and select "properties" I believe you will be on your way.
<general rant> Why don't folks investigate before coming with such *basic* stuff? </general rant>
