All.
I just got my new 2100 from dell. Nice little box. PLugged my centos 4.1 in and went rather smooth. However, my X windows screen flickers.
I noticed it did the vesa driver. SO I went out to intel and downloaded the mobile 915 for linux. Followed the install directions. and it spit a couple errors about not succeeding. Nothing useful in the text. My laptop is still in vesa mode.
Has anyone trid to install Centos with the Intel mobile chip 915 or have any suggestions? Thanks,
