VERY MUCH not a good solution. You might consider talking to the vendor about warranty support.

He wrote it's after grub which means it's something else and the basic thing is to disable any LOGO and post screens on centos to see if there is a basic output from the kernel while starting up the system. it might hang a bit On a specific stage and will show it in the logs after a successful boot.
How about network activity during this black screen time?
