thank you, i'm checking that, but now im thinking when i upload files html, php from my windows to the centos, maybe the OS it's changing my characters , very strange , but i'm gonna try both ways. If doesn't work i will kill myself jo jo jo

Yep. That's the one. Language should still be declared in the page IMHO, but changing this to suit your needs should help you too.
