Yes, that is all and yes I made the changes from a Gparted LiveCD :-\
If necessary I could edit the backup file that you have now and clean out all reference to the missing PV, but I'd rather not do that if there is a safer way.
Ok, I attached the file here but also will be nice to extend the LVM so it can grow up until not empty space leave.
