cd /usr/src/redhat/SRPMS ls (shows empty directory)
Trying Redhat:
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core has a "4" directory, not a 4.4
Fedora is not CentOS or RHEL. Try again.
I might suggest sources.redhat.com or mirrors.centos.org.
