They both look correct to me. But you may be having some network / connection issue to the servers. Take a look at the mirror list and find the one that gives you a stable and fast connection. It may not necessarily be physically closest to you.

Another thing you might want to consider as an option is to try a minimal type install and later yum install other packages as needed.
