To follow on what John has said -- the CentOS project does not build a kernel emitting the uname containing: 2.6.18-128.1.1.el5.028stab062.3PAE , nor HAVE the patched sources for "2.6.18-128.1.1.el5.028stab062.3PAE"
Only the person providing it to you has it (or, at least SHOULD have access to them) -- as the kernel is GPL(2) licensed, they are perhaps under an obligation to make it available to you
