Nando, I don't have much experience with using Postfix for virtual domains and Feizhou may correct me but I think Postfix does not know what to do with the mail. This error is self-explanatory. If you want a virtual mailbox domain for this domain then do not list it in mydestination. Remove $mydomain and $myhostname from mydestination.
