I looked at the capacitors, they seem good, nothing bursted or corroded.
Then we can probably eliminate hardware problems ;-)
I'm inclined to say it's purely a C6 problem, as I said the behaviour is since I installed C6 on it.
Did you mention what version of C6 you tried? It was rather quirky in the beginning...
