I just did a Google Image search for "centos 5 wallpaper" and found the "old" CentOS 5 background. It was 1024x768 so it was perfect for me.
I still have a couple systems not upgraded, what is the file name of the "old" wallpaper and what directory will I find it in???
---- It would be "redhat-logos" is the Package name" redhat-logos-4.9.99-11.el5.centos,, But the version you want is older that that. You can browse through the mirrir sites to get it. Then you can extract the backgrounds out of the package.
