I've seen no obvious problems with kernel-3.10.0-693.11.6.el7.x86_64 and nvidia-x11-drv-384.98-2.el7.elrepo.x86_64.
This includes running under KVM with vfio passthrough.

Apparently CentOS kernels are not affected. I don't see symbol cpu_tlbstate .
