The problem with yum is that you need a high speed internet
connection to use it. I do not have that at home but I do
at work, so I can down load the RPMs here and burn them
on a CD for home installation.

They're at centos.karan.org. You should really use yum as it will ease
the install of gnucash, which requires several other packages. Not to
mention that if you're not using it, it's very possible that you're
behind on several updates.
