I have posted Centos rpms for the latest version (0.19.1) of the Geany programmer's editor here:

The last time I posted a geany announcement on this mailing list, there was a substantial spike in the number of people who downloaded it so apparently there are a lot of people here who use geany.
If you're a programmer and haven't tried geany yet, do yourself a favour and try it out. It's my favourite programmers editor.
