It's looking for a web browser. "text/html" is a MIME type:

Firefox isn't a web browser? I go the voicemail page using firefox, click on the play message link, and get the above noted pop-up window.

Sorry to appear dense, but I'm not understanding what it (and you) are saying, somehow.
