Hello,
I have a Dual boot laptop that is running XP and Centos,i would like to remove the Centos from the laptop. C<snip>
Boot your computer from the WIN-CD select "Recover-Mode"
You get a commandline.
Type:
c:> fixmbr
Reboot - and WIN will be started
And from the old days, I wonder if this still works.
boot from anything (usually a floppy) and do
fdisk /mbr
I've not tried it with DOS 7(?), but since MS stuff tries to keep compatability until diosaurs like me actually *die*... >>:-O
