Mine uses proper name, but then again I am one of the few in my country to offer POP3 on SSL port 465. And I am small local WISP.
And when I say *few*, I mean I do not actually *know* of any mail server in Serbia offering this.

I fear with the introduction of IP6, it may be more difficult to separate spammers from non-spammers using fake IDs.
