Anything wrong with:
yum install openvpn
rpmforge has packages: http://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalResources/Repositories http://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalResources/Repositories/RPMForge
However, I'd seriously recommend you stop. Take a week to read the documentation or hire someone who knows what they are doing as you are falling over at every step you try to take. I fear you are in for a long painful journey.
