You can use pretty standard tools:- iptables etc. You just need a minimum sever install with maybe some web based GUI to manage the box from other machines. You can have a look at webmin (<a href="http://www.webmin.com">www.webmin.com</a>) which offers nice web interface and is popular in hosting industry as free admin web ui.<br>
