RPMForge had all the plugins I needed.
I should have added that Rhythmbox uses gstreamer plugins, so have a look at the gstreamer-plugins-* packages from RPMForge. -- Daniel

You need the bad and the ugly plugins (gstreamer-plugins-bad...). Those aren't available in CentOS but need to be installed from rpmforge.
