Dovecot will work with the system inbox (or you can configure it
to use maildir format instead), but Cyrus uses its own storage
area and needs a special setup and delivery agent.

Les, that doesn't apply to using the Cyrus as a pop server does it?  Assume it just reads from the users mail spool ?
