I saw the link to http://www.greylisting.org/. Looks interesting. I'll give it a thought of implementing later this week. All Exim based implementations listed are very flawed. Looks like I'll have to cook one myself :)

The combination of greylisting and spamassassin provide about as close to 100% spam elimination as any other method I have seen.
