it seems that the webserver is not running,
i think that is a problem with TurboGears and MySQL, i have changed the config file
i will re-install it and i keep you informed.

mysqladmin -u root -p password ""

i remember that the installer doesn't update TG config file [MySQL section].
where is TG config file ? I tried to change mysqladmin password but nothing changes even if i try to connect locally (127.0.0.1 on the server)
