I have a working setup. "Eye-grep" differences from your configs:
relayhost = [smtp.gmail.com]:587 smtp_sasl_security_options = noanonymous, noplaintext
# cat /etc/postfix/sasl_passwd [smtp.gmail.com]:587 full-email@address:<mypassword>
