Okay so that means I should use:
--with-tcl-libs=/usr/lib
--with-tcl-inc=/usr/include
--with-tcl-lib-name=tcl.h
no?
Those are default locations/names and should be found anyway. Check the
generated config.log file to find out why exactly they are not.
