is there a utility or SOME method to determine which /dev/videoX (like /dev/video0 or /dev/video1) is being used by a device???
Example I have a USB camera and a USB TV module how do I determine which device is on /dev/video0 and which is on /dev/video1
I have seen perhaps a way in dmesg but I am looking for the BEST way and the correct way.
Look under /sys/class/video4linux.
