Sorry to disagree, Bryan, but when I worked at Conectiva, they used to have an special authorization from Sun for redistribution.
Then again, maybe I'm agreeing with you. Maybe they didn't met the conditions, that is why I needed that authorization.
They didn't meet the requirements ... and therefore needed special permission. I asked for special permission too ... but it was denied.
I remember clearly they had to provide it on a separated, non-downloadable CD. There was other softwares on that CD too, that was not the issue. The main point is that they could not provide the ISO for download.
